What SofaLimpio España is

SofaLimpio España is a platform (marketplace) that connects your request with independent, verified upholstery cleaning companies in your area. SofaLimpio España does not clean your item directly, the assigned company carries out the work under its own responsibility.

Using this site to request a quote or make a booking means you accept these terms.

Requesting a quote

A request typically needs your postcode, a description of the item, and a couple of photos. We don't invent a fixed price upfront, the verified company we assign reviews your specific request and confirms a real price before any work begins.

Where we have enough real local data, we may show a typical price range for your city and service; this information is for guidance only, not a binding quote.

Booking, rescheduling and cancellation

Once the assigned company confirms your quote and a date, that becomes a booking. Rescheduling and cancellation terms (including any notice period) are confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Pricing and payment

You pay the amount confirmed at booking, using the payment method shown during the process or arranged directly with the assigned company. Any additional amount is included in what you're shown before you confirm, the assigned company does not add hidden charges afterwards.

No guaranteed results

No company in our network promises guaranteed stain removal. Results depend on the fabric, the stain and how long it has set. The assigned company will explain honestly what to expect before starting work, and a genuine limitation on results is not, by itself, grounds for a refund.

Reviews and finished-job pages

Reviews and public before/after job pages on this site are built only from real customers whose booking was completed and verified, and are only published with the customer's explicit, specific consent. We never fabricate or purchase reviews, our own or any network company's.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information about the item and its condition, and to provide safe, reasonable access for the assigned company to carry out the agreed work.

Liability

The cleaning service is provided by the independent company we assign, under its own responsibility and, where applicable, its own insurance: SofaLimpio España does not carry out the cleaning work directly. We verify the companies in our network before assigning them jobs, but that verification does not make SofaLimpio España the provider of the contracted service.

If something goes wrong with the work itself, the assigned company is directly responsible to you. You can raise it with them first, and if you don't reach a resolution, SofaLimpio España acts as a mediator using the same channel you used to book. SofaLimpio España is directly responsible for its own role as a platform: the accuracy of the verification information we publish, the operation of the payment process when it runs through the site, and the handling of your data under our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are interpreted under Spanish law, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence if you qualify as a consumer. As an EU consumer, you can also lodge a complaint via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Any change will appear on this page with a revised date; if you keep using the service after a material change, that counts as accepting the updated terms.
