How a cleaning gets organised

SofaLimpio España has no vans of its own. We are the entry point: we receive your request, check coverage and pass it to a verified company in your area, which answers for the work under its own name.

  1. You tell us what is going on

    Municipality, type of furniture, the fabric if you know it, and two or three photos. The form or a WhatsApp message both work.

  2. We pick the company that fits

    Someone on the team reviews the request and assigns it to a verified company that already works in your municipality and handles that material.

  3. The company confirms price and date

    You receive the quote under the company's name. If it suits you, the visit is booked. Once finished, the job is recorded as closed.

What we check before assigning a company

Signing up is not enough to receive work through SofaLimpio España. Every company passes these three checks before it appears on a city page.

  1. Tax and contact details

    We confirm there is a real company or sole trader behind the account, with a tax ID, a working phone number and email, before activating it.

  2. Declared and confirmed working area

    A company only appears for Fuengirola, Antequera or any other municipality once it has confirmed it travels there for that specific service.

  3. Closed jobs and traceable reviews

    Every finished job is recorded with its date and final price. Reviews are tied to that job, so there are no loose or purchased ratings.

What the quote depends on

No company in the network gives a price without seeing the furniture, even if only in a photo. What moves the number is mainly how much work there is and how far across the province someone has to drive. These are the factors the assigned company weighs up.

Dimensions
A two-seater or a single mattress takes less time than a six-seat corner sofa or a modular chaise longue.
Fabric or leather
Microfibre, chenille, linen, velvet, leather or suede each need different products and drying times; the company adjusts once it sees them.
Overall condition
Yearly maintenance with dust and normal wear costs less than bringing back a holiday-rental sofa after several seasons.
Stains, odours and pets
Pet urine, wine, damp or smoke are treated as extra work, quoted separately and never promised as guaranteed removal.

Does SofaLimpio España clean the sofas or only act as intermediary?
Intermediary only. SofaLimpio España receives your request, checks which verified companies work in your municipality and assigns the job to one of them. That company carries out and invoices the cleaning, with its own insurance and under its own name.
Can I know the price before sending photos?
We do not publish fixed rates because the price is set by the assigned company after seeing the furniture, fabric and condition in your photos, and after working out travel within the province. In municipalities with enough closed jobs we show the observed price range, with its date and sample size, on that city and service page.
Will an old wine or pet stain definitely come out?
No company in the network promises guaranteed stain removal, and be wary of anyone who does. The result depends on the fabric, the age of the stain and whether it was treated with household products first. The assigned company tells you what it expects to achieve before starting and warns you if an area will not fully recover.
What if I live in a village without its own page?
Send the request anyway or message us on WhatsApp with your address. We check whether a company from a nearby municipality covers your area and reply with a clear yes or no, without leaving you waiting.
How do I request a quote and how long does it take?
